Well i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to change the start up and close windows music you get when closing or starting the computer. I,d like to put my own sample instead. Anyways thanks in advance if anyones knows how. I have xp pro

I have Win2K, but I think you can do it in the Control Panel. But then I'm not even sure if XP has a Control Panel. :hmmm:

actully thanks i think i just found how in the help section from my computer.It is in the control pannel sound file document. I just thought it had to be done changing it from the windows document on my hard drive.

Control Panel- Sounds, Speeches, and Audio Devices-Sounds and Audio Devices- then your sound card properties pops up- Sounds tab- re-assign program events on the scroll down. :thumbs:

Yep exactly :thumbs: .......I even changed my empty recycle bin etc. etc. to a different sound
