Does anyone have or know where to get me some freeware GIF animating / creation software? I wanna do some stuff for my avatar .. e.t.c .. :hmmm:

Where do you download that from, if the file is too big , I cant download it, I only have 56kb :sad: - My limit is about 6 megs / maybee 10 ...
