Id rather a grenade spammer, cuz those are avoidable, but those rockets can be shot so quickly and on an instant with maximium force, and they are hard as hell to avoid, where as grenades have to hit you directly to hurt you badly. I can avoid greandes, but rockets are a bit harder to avoid, especially when they are coming from a rocket master like Cheap, Static, and you Slash. Rocket masters dominate most games they play in, grenade spammers barely ever dominate. Ever since leon started using rockets and shotty more, look how much he has improved. ;)
