ok when double click a folder it opens the folder ok.... but when i double click a sub folder then it searches the folder and not open it. please help!! because right clicking and clicking open is getting really annoying and i would like to juust double click it to open it..

You want to hear something really stupid?

That happened to me once, and instead of trying to find the REAL problem, I was too lazy, just restarted the PC and it worked fine.

Otherwise, I think there is an advanced setting in the "folder options" of Windows Explorer that will fix that.

ok i found the advanced options but i have to type in an action. what should i type?

ok now another problem.. i tried to fix it myself but it didnt work... now i cant edit the open action.. =(

Okay, first open up the folder options and set everything back to default actions to see if that works.

You are messing with the wrong advanced button. There should be an advanced button just for folders, not for opening the files and extensions therein, which is what you are messing with.

ok i really screwed my folder options now...anyone know how to delete all of this? besides formatting
