Oh boy, here goes:

Right click on "My Computer" and select "Properties"
Click "Advanced" Tab
Click "Settings" in "performace" frame
Click "Advanced" tab
Click "Change" in "Virtual Memory" frame

At the bottom of this window is a recommended page size value. I usually set both the Initial and maximum custom size to this value and then click "Set". Click "OK" until it asks you to re-boot and then re-boot.
