my Unreal editor wont start it says something about an invalid fileformat

can anyone help me pls

Sauron thats EXACTLY the thing thats happening to me! 2 Windows pop up and say this file is corrupt and cannont be read, please reinstall this something something blah blah...then the other says it is an invalid format. This sucks...They must have picked us because we are the c00l3st!
