Hey this asshole keeps trying to hack me. Can you do something to him, like wipe out his hard drive or something? I am sick of this shit, because this adds to my laggyness while playing in a game.

If I remember correctly, Slice is on dial-up, so a hacker would have a hard time getting much accomplished.

slice what makes you think they are trying to hack you? i did a few searches and it seems it is a company that looks for e-mail addresses so they can spam you. i only started to mess with it so give me some time time to figure it out. all that neo stuff is fine but let me give all of you some very helpfull links.

1- http://www.dnsstuff.com/

2- http://scan.sygate.com/pretcpscan.html

alot of people get paronoid also when they see there system getting pinged. ck to see if you have software that regularly ck for updates. also if anyone uses shareware software aka kazaa etc. etc. these have programs that share your connection and stuff even if it is not on. if you are running kazaa--goto add remove programs in the control panel and see if there is a program installed called b3d projector. if you do thats the spyware i am talking about. i have multiple systems that i use and the one i use to type this or play games on sam i do not care if someone trys to screw with it but i will pay back 10 fold if they do--its a fun game and everyone loses.

moral of this is--dont stress too much about being hacked because the chances are you maybe being sniffed but not hacked. goto the sites i gave and ck to see what ports are open and where you are not secure. you will be amazed what it finds.

please let me know what is making you think you are being hacked and if you are what are the tactics they are using. it's easy to counter attack while they are in the process if it is that you are being hacked. also we are all subject to some sort of attack after 9/11. believe me when i tell you that viruses cause more problems and cost more than a bomb. i know that does not sound right but its very true. there is war going on that affects many company's.

get back to me-- biggd

Well my firewall software said he was trying to drop the Doom Trojan Horse on my computer. What ever the hell that is, but it said high risk. Plus it registered the amount of times he tried to gain access. It was up to like 15 times before I disconnected and got another ip assigned. I keep my software up to date, it just sucks because my bandwidth is so limited now, and I have this sh*thead trying to gain access looking for porn or something.

Ouch, that sucks Slice. Hard to believe that he is trying something to someone on a dial up, where the user would notice big time the loss of bandwidth, where as cable might not notice it.

Bigg, that first link didn't work for me. I did the second one, and it only look like a couple minutes to do, then again, I am on cable.

i don't like to be called a hacker as they suck and should be shot. i don't break any laws unless i am attacked. but i have played a few jokes on people like deleting friends desktop icons right off there screen and renaming some files to diplay something else other than what they are supposed to do.
