The maps that I like are the ones Kirstena made. You can find them here (http://www.io.com/~caladin/kirstena/). Here's a snapshot of the one for Camelot Hills.

The thing I really like about them is that most of them have a beastiary (ok...for those of you with a dirty mind, just knock it off) at the bottom that tells you the level range for each mob.
