The previously announced September 30th release date for Half-Life 2 is being pushed back. We are currently targeting a holiday release, but do not have a specific "in-store" date to share at this time. We will release that information as soon as we have confirmed a new date.

"Holiday release" doesn't sound good. Looks like we have to wait 2-3 more months. :(

bummer. i am not sure what the problem is with nvidia,
but I hope they fix that crap for the release.

I predicted that one. Doom 3 will also be delayed (and it doesn't even have a release date yet).

Looks like now even a holiday release would be extremely lucky depending on what kind of fall out results from their source code getting leaked. (http://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/28619)
