Ya and after I converted it to .swf it only dropped to 3.1 megs. You might want to resize it then compress it then make it swf.

hmmm, i guess a big ole swf file with black borders on the top & bottom that has
to be hosted somewhere, that is better than my compact gif.... :hmmm:

It's 93k and he just has the dimensions set wrong in the avatar settings, hence the black borders. .swf files can't be streched so the background streches instead.
