Great, next thing you know, someone is going to be in court over psychological disorders like emotional stress and undue hardship.

As a matter of fact, I know a couple of gamers that used "excessive and unnecessary force", just to win a game. I wonder how much I can collect? :P

Yeah, I read that article in Playboy. I think he got mugged in the game, even broke in to his mothers home to use her PC just to play the game. The guy was truly addicted to everquest. It was a pathetic story, but true.
