Public FTP

I want to start a ftp server on my web server. But whenever i upload something to my /public_ftp/ folder and check if anonymous ftp users can see it i only see the mail and pub folder but no file in there. If anyone knows where i should upload the files that would be awesome :)

um, you may want to check the permissions on the folder,
'x' needs to be set in order to view files

I upload my files to my public_html folder.
The pub_ftp folder does not seem to work for me either.

btw when i login to the ftp anonymously it shows the mail and pub folder yet i cant find that when i use the ftp non anonymously.

ask your hosting provider, or look at control panel for permisions
