Can anyone tell me if this is a custom skin? Of yes where could u get it from if no how can i display the same info with a standard skin?

That skin that you want is 'Vantage" I believe. You'll have to take a close look.

I have tried 30 different skin but I stick with the trnsparent one.
I wish someone would modify it to show the percents.
