For those of you that are interested in this Artifact here are the Level 10 Stats on it.
Including a 6 hour venture of Blue Lizards in the Barrows it took me about 11 hours to get it to Level 10.
The easiest way is to get a sweet DF Knight group going.

When I say go to DF go there. It is a nightmare killing 10-15 blues for 1% gained.
