i thought i'd star this thread to to see all the different types of music and artists you guys like. This should be interesting seeing how we have many different age groups and ppl from countries around the world.

my favorite style of music: punk and rock

some favorite bands: the offspring, blink 182, nickleback (Ra/en, spelling?), simple plan, Creed, and a plethora of other bands i just can't remember, all with the same style.

I actually like almost all musinc:) I just prefer punk ect.

Since I am a drummer, I also listen to quite a bit of jazz, blues and big band:) I have all of Buddy Riches CD's:)

I listen to several of the bands already listed-hard rock is what I listen to when my daughter isn't in the car with me.

Creed
Rob Zombie
Drowning Pool
and just way too many others to list.

Then when my daughter is in the car, I listen to stuff like Celine Dion...I think she's awesome!

And then I enjoy stuff from Enya, and I also like relaxation music like instrumental with nature sounds. And I enjoy Celtic music as well.

Great list! I like all of the bands you listed excpet celine dion :) BTW, did your daughter have any nightmares?

U2, Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Aerosmith ( before the cheesey ballad crap they play now), Tom Petty, Madonna, UB40, Smashing Pumpkins, Tool (Undertow is the best), and yes Enya is very soothing. Also like the old school Rap, Run-DMC the original microphone masters.

Yeah, like punk music. I can play almost any punk song on my drums. I usually play jazz and latin though because it is very challenging:)
