Does anyone know how manya awards the Return of the King won, b/c when i went to bed they were completely pwning everything else

Actually it was 11.

"Return of the King," which led the field with 11 nominations, swept its categories, winning for adapted screenplay, musical score, song, visual effects, editing, makeup, art direction, costume design, sound mixing, director and best picture.

It won everything it was nominated for, which was 11 like Dixie said. The only other movie to sweep in such a grand fashion was Ben Hurr.
