you can get a trial copy of photoshop from adobe.com,
alternately you can try gimp, which is free and has similar functionality,

you will need to install gtk+2 and then gimp from that site.

its not same as Paint lol. MS paint havent anything

PS have hundreds of effects and possibilities. You can make new effects from current effects. (like adding more effects you are getting more better look of image), you can cut images, use them as objects, add stuff, from more images make one (signatures, wallpapers) etc good stuff
... so with MS paint you can just draw and save image

BTW everyone have favourite image editor.
Editor Giants known for me is PhotoShop, Paint Shop Pro, Photo Impact, Corel... those are best progs, i am using PhotoImpact one year, actually i can make almost everything, but i am sure that PhotoShop can more
