... but this damn game demo doesn't launch. I click on the exe file and all I get is a nice black screen. No error message nothing!

Seems like a lot of people are having problems. Did you update your video card drivers?

It is not compatible with Voodoo cards. Do you have one of those? They are releasing a patch today that should fix alot of problems.

I have a g-force 3 ti 200 and I have the same problem with Americas Army

What version drivers are you using?

I have Windows 98 and use the 30.82 drivers version for my videocard. I think the newer versions only work with Windows XP/2000.

oh i run the old 20(?) version drivers and here it works just fine
