if u get 100 of the adrenalin there are 4 special actions u can do :
Health : 4 times back (u recieve health until ur adrenaline is gone)
Speed : 4 times forward ( u run faster until ur adrenalin is gone)
Invisibility : 2 times right 2 times left (u will be invisible until ur adrenalin is gone)
Berserk : 2 times forward 2 times backward (u will have something like the double damage until ur adrenalin is gone)
do these options by pressing the above mentioned buttoncombo fast
