Ok, this always pops up like once a day or even 3 times a day,it is always different ads trying to sell me stuff or trying to get me on a porn site  I wanted to know what it is and how to get rid of it, I know it only pops up when I'm online because while I'm plying a game it pops up and my screen minimizes and I get killed. I will post the pic of the running progams in just a sec....

You better look at your add/remove programs...looks like you may have downloaded (unknowingly) Gator or some **** spunkware applet.

It's probably spyware... net's full of this sh*t.
Those things usually install in Program Files and look like a pretty important program, don't delete me or the system will crash and burn...
First check if you can uninstall it from Add/remove programs, if not, find the program manually and delete the folder. You should get some anti-spyware program too. Try to find the source from this program "might" probably dl'd itself without your knowledge. If your using KaZaA, you'll have a tough nut to crack. It's a spyware bomb.

Those little buggers download themselves and you need to be good to find where the program is hiding. You don't know if you dl'd them until they give you a pop-up.

This one might be complicated. It's a program that doesn't install itself on your computer (just double-checked the picture). It goes from net. It shows that it's sending something to your IP. You need to change you IP (though don't know how it works), install a firewall or just don't connect with net.

Shogun-I have Ad-Aware and scanned it just now, I found 3 things and 2 of them were Gator registry files and their was 1 Gator program, I deleted them all and now I'm gunnu see what happens :)
Strifer, the one time I ever had a firewall I had the McAfee one and it was anoying as heck! it always asked me if I wanted to let a program use the internet. Any suggestions on what kind of firewall I should downlo...er...buy?

Check on iMesh forums, they know some good firewalls...
Norton Firewall might be good...
A free one is Zone-Alarm I believe...
And McAfee programs generally suck. I had their Anti-Virus and then I reinstalled the OS. Of course with a little magic from c:\format

I use Norton Personal Firewall. Once you install it, it does tell you what programs are trying to use the internet, but you can customize each program to allow access or not. I can tell you one of the biggest problems is Windows itself. It trys to access the internet all the time. I have blocked every process for Windows with Norton. The last thing I want while playing a game is some damn spyware downloading crap to my computer and eating up bandwidth and causing spikes in my net graph.
