AMD intel to much money and its slower then AMD


i have a AMD 1200 and my friend hes a 1700 intel and its the same speed :wink:

All I've ever used is AMD. They are cheaper, perform much better than Intel chips clock for clock. Heat has never been an issue unless you use the piece of crap heatsink that comes with the retail chips.

If you compare price and performance, AMD is tops. I was worried about the heat problems before I bought my AMD also, but there has never been a problem with it. They do tend to run hotter but they are not as fragile as you may think. With the right fans, the system flies. Test it and see for yourself.

Not always. I believe that Intel is more reliable in the long haul. Historically, that is.
