death engineer was banned a couple of weeks last year for using other
clan tags. (I guess he was bored). so there is a precedent.

However, the difference was that I only copied the clans tags. Never did I impersonate someone else. I was Outlaws DE, TGR DE, DOA DE, etc. But I was always DE.

And I still got banned for a week (or was it two).

By the way, since I posted that, I have learned some other details which sort of shifted my opinion of Asian Invasian, and I now better understand the reasons for his banning.

AI has been believed to get on SAL&#39;s tags , and went in public servers , then posted a screen shot of the win , and then SAL confirmed it wasnt him on him tags (as in SAL himself) , so they got togather clues to see if it was AI or someone else , and AI was believed guilty , and was banned from some servers , and GM.

this is a forum, not the USA, it can be run as a dictatorship if the ones who own it decide so.
