Yes, and yes. This game supports autodownloading. They will autodownload anything that exists on the server. All I gotta do is upload my image to the server as a model, and poof :) You see me in my handsomeness :)

You can even paint your clan logo on a skin. The wonders of autodownloading. Something that Croteam ignored unfortuneately.
