Hey. I can not get the SS:SE dm bot mod to work , (seriousbootbeta)can any one help???

ok this is hard,you have to install it in the main dir and mods dir,then put it in mods(when Installing)

There is one for DM....the main problem was that the bots could only shoot straight..They couldn't shoot up or down, making it easy to get up on a ledge and slay them. I had it installed for about one day before I got rid of it.

To install the mod...just run the *.exe file...it will install it in the correct directory
Then do the following.

Here&#39;s how I do it.
First you find some sheep...(wait..wrong subject)

1. Load the Serious_Boot mod
2. Start a server with the settings you want. (difficulty mode, number of players etc,) I usually set the "server visible" to no.
3. After you start the game pull down the console and type in /addbot()
press enter.
if you want 3 bots you would type in that command three seperate times.
That should get you going.


I found this answer in one of my posts dating back to nov. 18 2003.....
This mod has been around a while but seldom used.

I suggest not to install it. Once I did it I couldn&#39;t find any servers (only with ASE off course, but ASE doesn&#39;t find all the servers). :( So I had to re-install that crap. :bandhead:
