Someone know how to remove or change the welcome blue page when windows xp is starting? Tired to see this page

ya, never turn your computer off, or suspend it only, takes care of that...
changing it is somewhat of a hack, i think hybrid here has done that,
google for more...

Yeah, i should not close my pc every day. What kind of problem might happens? Its kinda hard for the hardware?
