ok my task manager got disabled because of a virus, i took out the virus but how do i enable it through the admin panel? im running windows xp pro sp1

Go on your Control Pannel, go in the Task manager area then have a look on the menu at the top, you should see an Advanced part

Have you got the taskmgr.exe in your Windows/System32 folder ?
The program can't load ?
