Ok. So while you were playing a game (not apparent which one from the error message), the program attempted to access memory outside of it's own private area. This causes an access violation and it terminates the program.
Normally this is caused by a bad pointer (memory address), but bad pointers are normally not in well coded programs (like most retail games). Most likely something happened in hardware (such as overheating) and some bits flipped and waalaahh (<waves wand>), you get access violations. Is all of that clear?
The rest of what you can get out of that error message is the values on each register of the stack (shown in hex). It also appears that this happened while trying to save a game (or at least opening the save menu). That's pretty much all I can get out of it.

uninstall, reinstall, grab the latest dx 9.0c drivers and the latest video drivers.
if your system freezes or reboots a lot, open it up and spray out all of the fans and so forth with compressed air. DE described the technical aspects of the error, but obviously it can't help to fix the problem.
