Well, I needed a new fan for my rig so I put one in, my first official 'case mod'. I think that it turned out well.
Red Antec 80mm fan-9.00-CompUSA
Laster Cut Biohazard Grill-14.95-CompUSA

The hole for the fan is a little off, but seeing as this is my first time, I can only assume that I will get better at this.

And another pick. The case came with the window, I put on the etching and put the light in. Nothing fancy, just seeing if I want to do more of this in the future..

Nice job man, it looks pretty good, and a top blow-hole has to be the best addition for getting nasty heat out, very utilitarian! If I ever put my case cover on, I'd certainly consider that. :jammin: How is the hole itself for roughness or sharpness, and what did you use? It looks pretty clean from the pic.

I used a dremel with a cut off wheel, then I tood the burs off with the cone shaped grinding gizmo. No sharp edges, metal shavings, or anything of the sort.

Thank you sir. I was thinking of even painting the case black, but then I would have to get a new keyboard, and Paint the monitor housing.

Thanks BIGG. I didn't have any coffee until I finished it. Had me some beer though! :drink:
Maybe that is why the hole is off a little. Wise man once told me that if you are going to work on your computer, you better have some beer!
