The problem is "Video: No Video" , it cannot find your graphics card for some reason...you could try run dxdiag and see if it gives any errors....
If not, i would suggest reinstallation...
And then maybe graphics card driver uninstall and update if the reinstall doesnt change it....
Thats all i can think of, hope it gets solved.

From the looks of your desktop your video card seems fine.
what have you changed since the last time you ran the game?

The file ati2dvag.dll is not digitally signed, which means that it has not been tested by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL). You may be able to get a WHQL logo'd driver from the hardware manufacturer
Is what dxdiag said

go to window explore and nav to the c:/ut2004 folder there will be one named cache open it select all then delete
you might want to back it up first?

hmm...... what vid card and drivers are you using? you didnt buy chance change or play with any setting did you? you are running directx 9 or better. Last resort re-install ut over top your current install. backup your ut2004.ini , user.ini. not sure if it will leave your maps . if you backup that folder wyou will have to backup your tex and static mess folders as well. :(

actually, i was a friends house yesterday helping them with there system and they have a 9500 pro card. the latest drivers 4.9's would install but there was a problem with the new utility that came with it. it would give an eror message and i couldnt figure if it was a sp2 problem or if it was the installtion problem of the os which i didnt install. they also had the hard dive partitioned 3 times from 1 drive all in a fat32. it was late and couldnt diagnose it enough but promised them i would do a clean install for them later this week. i went to control panel and just uninstalled the utility and the driver i left alone. it was working but they do not have the catalyst control panel working. i need to research it more before i say what the real problem is but i suggested to uninstall it to see if that was the problem. i am wondering if that utility is for the new x series of cards. again, i will have to do some research on it.
