Their recruitment guidelines (http://www.gamemecca.net/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=3&t=1850) say its by invitation only.

That means play on the Outlaws servers and hang out and contribute here on the forums and if they notice you and like you maybe they&#39;ll ask you to join at some point.
