The reason for this little trip was to visit the museum the Louvre.
Omg that was really Big.

The train was our transport, few shots of Paris with the halles and the Notre Dame in the last two shots.

Great pics.....I never understood with all those massive, intricate, detailed paintings throughout the museum...why the Mona Lisa gets all the attention...I was somewhat disappointed when I saw her.
Its incredible the attention for that painting. They are rearranging the room of the mona lisa. It was hanging at the end of the grand gallery.
Lots and lots of people there, we rushed in early, bought the tickets in advange to avoid ques. First the Mona lisa, after that i was afraid it would be crowded all over the museum, but that was not so.

Was this your first time?
Been in the Louvre before on a schoolholiday:D way back. Only remebered the Mona Lisa. Spend a complete day in there, didnot see it all.
Some parts are closed on certain days. Missed the dutch,belgian painters :mad:
