U have to open ports 25600-25604 in your firewall program.

We need more information. You need to tell us where and what type of Firewall you're running. Since you are talking about Hosting a game, that is being the server, you have to make more changes to your firewall than just opening ports. You open defaulted closed ports to get to someone else's server. For someone else to get to your server, you have to tell your Firewall to direct incoming traffic on specific ports to a specific internal IP address. That's why we need more information about your Firewall. Is it hardware, that is in a router. or software installed on some other PC acting as your gateway to the internet?

The basic is to define a TCP and UDP server to your IP address for the port you tell SS:SE to use and to that same port plus 1. That is, if your SS:SE is using port 25620, you need to define TCP and UDP ports 25620 and 35621. That's usually four definitions.

Sounds to me like you have the same problem as some travelers in New Hampshire had. When they asked for directions, they were told, "You can't get there from here!" :w00t:
