Here's my cheap Necro PvE fighting suit template:
1) It uses all 99% armor except for the 2 ToA pieces that can be easily quested.
2) The jewerly is either quested items or can be bought off the Catacomb merchants.
3) Uses only 1 artifact, the Belt of the Moon.
4) All melee resists are maxxed out and high Heat resist for ToA mobs.
5) INT @98 and DEX @100. With 100 DEX & Red buffs you should be able get off 3 casts without interuption when you cast a Facilitate pain working spell.
6) It has a bonus of 20% to power pool.
7) Both Sight & Servant skills are maxxed out and are on cheap pieces to replace when needed. You can lower in order to help to lowering the SC'ing cost.
Put on this pre-summoning suit http://www.gamemecca.net/forums/showthread.php?t=68973 before you cast your Bommie to get your CON & Hits up, then switch to this PvE suit to fight in and you will be damn near invincible.
