In case any of you (besides Morj/Sho) want to roll a necro for PvE or whatever, heres a high quality suit, but can be quite expensive. Im still missing quite a few items from it myself to finish it.

Any help with the items is appreciated too, but ill post what I need in another forum. :p

Let show you something I just came up with, it's not quite as nice as your's because of the lower Dex (101 vs. 95) but it's way cheaper due to no MP armor. This one has 95 Dex for casting speed, 87 Int for more damage and 40% to power pool to help on those hard to kill mobs. It uses all 99% armor except of the easily quested ToA boots. Some of the items can be bought off merchants in Inconnu Crypt for Aurulite and others are easily quested. Only one artie, the 'Belt of the Moon'. The 'Lachens Book of Power' and 'Ring of Calm' are the only hard to get items.


For the times when you can't cast the BoM staff, make up a player crafted one like this as a temp. staff. Even the spellcrafting is cheap because there is no overcharge.

Aye, that is a good template thats cheaper. Unfortunately, I go against swarms of mobs very often on my necro and need the 101 dex to make sure I get off the 3 PBAEs more reliably. 101items + (75 red dex/qui + 48 red dex)1.25 is the recommeneded to get 3 PBAEs off 95% of the time. With 95 or so dex off items, you probably drop off the chance by about 10-50%.



Good template for other that arent crazy and dont attempt to pull 10-25 red/purples in PoC or Deep Volcanus, and laugh and live to tell about it. With my template I should be able to do that FAR more reliably then even now. :D
