The second volume of the Euro Flag Pack has been released. There are only six maps this time, and although I've only played through two of them so far, they look to be of decent quality, even though two are CTF conversions of DM maps (CTF-Rankin and CTF-Ages). They're in rotation on the Silo (along with DM-Drathi, which is on the TWL TAM maplist, in case that's important to you), and on the Silo's redirect, so feel free to hop on there to check them out.
