Are you ok down there. I just got my power back about an hour ago. Sucker tore up alot of trees and such where I am at.

Everyone is ok, but really pissed. They totally were wrong with this sucker. Lost my beaches again at the resorts. Still a million people with no power. I hate this sh1t!!!!! Amazingly we never lost power.

Yea they were wrong as hell. Sucker was supose to mke landfall right over me but it decided it wanted to town south and beat your ass some.

I am debating whether or not, snow shoveling is so bad after all. I have been here 11 years and 5 hurricanes later I am getting sick of this. What really pisses me off is that they had a computer model that said it was going to go south and hit us, yet they never mentioned it. Had I known I would have prepared. We thought we were in the clear and basically we took another beating. It's time for them to start showing us all the models and **** that stupid cone. I have totally lost whatever faith I had in our metorologists.

Think about the 9 other months of brutal hot swimming pool weather we have. One snow storm would send me back.

It's not so much the Cat1 that scares the crap out of me. It's the Cat2-5 that causes me to smoke 5 packs a day instead of one.
The attached pictures are from Andrew back in 92. Mother Nature really pissed.
