I think I may be picking this one up. It's a retail AMD64 3200+ processor with an Asrock 939 SATA2 motherboard. The motherboard has both AGP and PCIe and the reviews are very positive for it:

Just click this link and add the processor:

If you have an old account and haven't ordered since they upgraded the site, you get a $10 coupon bringing this combo with a 3200+ to only $208. They have a bunch of other processors too you can combine with this borad.

FYI - It looks like AMD is dropping prices on almost all its chips on 10/24 so we may see some even cheaper prices. It looks like this deal is just a couple of days early.

So far it's been a fantastic upgrade. My bottleneck is now my video card, but you can tell even with every day activities its a ton faster. My AGP 9800XT is just as fast as it was with my old motherboard, and I can switch over to PCI when I'm ready. The motherboard also supports dual core AMD64s and even future M2 chips with an expansion card.

One thing I was really surprised about is how cool the processor runs. The AMD64 Venice core chips run with a lot less voltage and much cooler. My 2500+ usually ran about 50-55C depending on its load. My new chip runs at 33-37C depending on load.

I haven't tried overclocking yet, but I plan to soon. The only thing I don't like is the stock fan+heatsink is very loud. I'll need to pick up a Thermalright which is much quieter. Other than that this has been an awesome upgrade.

With nothing overclocked and all hardware running stock. I am getting 3124 in 3DMark05. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

We didn't get anything to speak of and the show was really small this time. They hold this event every three months and there weren't many retailers there this time, maybe the Hurricane effected it.

Actually I think we spent more time chowing down at the all you can eat yang food buffet afterwards than we spent at the show. :D
