Circuit City is offering a Buy 1 get 1 free on all PC games priced at $19.99 or lower. But there is a glitch in our favor....
Casey noticed that one of the PC games that he got for free was MORE expensive than the PC game that he was charged for. When grivet was at CC, a clueless employee informed another cashier (and grivet and now the entire CAG community) on the proper way to ring up the games to avoid the glitch.
Of course CAG need to use the improper way. Here's the deal:
1) pick out 1 PC game priced $19.99 or lower (boxed version - jewel cases apparently don't work)
2) pick out another PC game of any price.
3) Only do 2 games per transaction to avoid the computer resequencing the order of the games.
4) When checking out, make sure the cashier rings up the PC game priced $19.99 or lower FIRST.
5) Then have the cashier ring up the second more expensive game.
6) The first game will be reduced in price BY 1 penny and the second game will be reduced in price TO 1 penny (no matter what the price was.)

I hope I can get to Circuit City soon! Tell me if any of you guys get this deal to work. If anyone can get me Prey Limited CE, Guild War Faction, and Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends, I'd pay the cost for shipping and the first, full priced game. BTW, you can use very cheap games to save money on this deal. I've heard some people buy games that are like $2.50 and gotten a free game along with it.
