Source not nextgen but neither an oldy...

So you need a decent graphicscard and enough ram, wich is kinda hard to get on a laptop (unless you got enough money). So I suggest check the ping if this is good (50 or lower) then your laptop just can't keep up :)

What you also can do is lower all the settings. The game has a habit to set things way to optimistic for the pc/laptop you have. Mine lagged also in the beginning but then I found out that 4x anisotroop filtering was on and much more graphiccard/ram demanding stuff.

Things to change:

- lower the resolution
- put the filtering on bilineair
- set all the worldreflecting stuff/enemy detail at the lowest...

If this aint the lowest allready then changing it (especially the 2nd one) will give a performance boost :thumbs:
