When this came out in theaters, I brushed it off b/c Timberlake is in it.
After hearing some decent reviews, and after looking it up and seeing that maybe it had potential, I gave it a chance...
I loved it! It's got a lot of unnecessary swearing, in the stupid "swear just to swear" sense, but if you can get over that, it's actually pretty good.
Based on it a true story, the story is set in '99 in california. Someone owns Johnny Truelove some $$, so he kidnaps the guys kid brother to help speed up the process. Timberlake is in charge of watching the kid.
I highly recommend it, at least as a rental. I enjoyed it from beginning to end.
I thought the entire cast, but especially Timberlake and the guy that plays the Kid, did a fantastic job.
