Why do you see it that way? Yahoo wouldn't give into Microsoft trying to "buy them out" by giving a rediculous price tag on their company. Imagine the monopoloy that would have resulted.

Because Google's been top dog for a while and Yahoo's been playing catch up. Google will be the monopoly eventually and Yahoo will get beaten down.If Micro owned Yahoo and integrated all their shit with Micro's swag, google would be pushed out or at least downsized in a few years.

I love the Google guys. They were the type of guys you'd see at Burning Man, hence the relaxed atmosphere at the workplace. Even though they're not the best at privacy, I love them the most out of all the big corporations out there.
