Now granted, it was a stupid thing to do. But they are adults, and it was consensual, and, well, it just goes to show people are only human. It was bad policy on the prison's part to put a man and a woman together on a regular basis unsupervised.

So how does this justify her having to register as a sex offender? And 6 months in federal prison? Wouldn't have just firing her been enough?

That's quite rediculous but I think that by far, this is even more ridiculous to the point where it makes me want to kick that judge in the balls if he agrees with such an idiotic and life-destroying verdict.

Girl, 15, Faces Child Porn Charges for Nude Cell Phone Pictures of Herself

Central Ohio authorities have filed felony charges against a 15-year-old girl accused of taking nude cell phone photos of herself and sending them to high school classmates. A spokeswoman for the Ohio attorney general's office says an adult convicted of the child pornography charge would have to register as a sexual offender, but a judge would have flexibility on the matter with a convicted juvenile. A prosecutor says Licking County authorities also considering charges for students who received the photos.

The stupidity of this nation's legal system is astounding.

The secretary didn't text any nude pics. They found them at her house. She wasn't the warden, or a guard, or anyone that held any power over this prisoner. She was a fricken secretary that fell in love with someone she saw on a daily basis because the prison policy didn't prevent this from happening.

And so she gets 6 months in federal prison, 5 years supervised probation, and has to register as a sex offender.

Sorry, but that's messed up. As is Nitro's story, but that's just confusing the issue and should have been posted in another topic since it has nothing to do with the story I posted.
