This movie's been on dvd for a while, the story of Chrstopher McCandless directed by Sean Penn.
I read the book about 10 years ago and was unimpressed overall, but I heard the scenery in the film was epic. Oddly enough, the meaning of the story was epic to me.
I would highly recommend this movie, even though it's long and some would say slow. This is a good movie for anyone with a open mind and understands how important being true to yourself is all about.
This movie isn't for everyone, but for the open minded, you'll find it uplifting.
