For the DR:
If you've got the deathringer activated (clapped open) you will become invisible and invunerable for 8 second if you get hit while u drop a fake body (so they might think they killed u if they don't expect a DR). In those 8 seconds you have time to hide and if you want you can change ur disguise.

Benefits of the DR:
- 8 seconds invisible and invunerable is a very long periode to take cover change disguise and reposition.

- DR is especially good in maps with a lot of full ammo packs which refill ur charge completely so you can have those 8 precious seconds again :D (great maps for DR: Goldrush 1 & 3, Pipeline and for some caps Badwater since they have a lot of those ammo packs on a relatively small area).

- You can go in a vast cyclus if you know where the ammo packs are

Cons:
- you can't control the when u cloak (only on a hit). So the opposite team will know there is a spy behind their lines the moment you drop a fake body or are running in the wrong direction.

- Though u can decloak at anytime you need to wait for full charge again before you can use the DR again.

Reason why I kinda dislike it:
The cyclus which I mentioned before can be compaired with the Sam 200/200 cyclus in a 2 player LT game but now it's: stab, DR, change disguise, ammopack, stab, DR, change disguise, ammopack etc.. A lot know how to "abuse" it and are extremely hard to eliminate. To eliminate 1 effectively you'll need multiple teamplayers and hope the respawntimer is @ least 10 secs :P

I know Valve wants to make the classes available for everyone, but I think that's a shame. I'm bad as a sniper (just can't get the feeling in this game) so what are they going to do for me? auto-aim? :devil: Just check it out how many players are changing to spy these days trying to save the day if the team isn't doing well. 3+ spies in a team is certain defeat.


Ok I take this game too serious now :o I just hate it if you play a game and doesn't even stand a chance cuz of no-teaming and no-thinking.



But since you got the DR I suggest you should give it a go at the Pipeline (especially the 2nd stage) there you can have a lot of fun with the DR and so also a lot of points :wootrock: Just remember where the big ammo packages are;)
