yes and it continues to drop. i boughts me some extras and will watch prices and buy more. this time i will not be giving the stuff away and wait for the next price hike :wave:

Yeah, no doubt you saw the Inquirer article saying they expected further significant drops in the next two months, causing havoc for RAM manufacturers, and good times for RAM consumers. Man, I bought my 512 from Crucial for $140, and it's now like $81. It'll soon be half what I paid. :bawling: Maybe I'll get a second stick later to have a gig.

RAM's definitely cheap nowadays, butt if only i could find some tha would work on my PC :bawling:

I just picked up a 512 stick of 2100 DDR by Kingston for $56.00

I know, not the best, but fine for my system!

Now when are those damn video cards going to drop!

Is there such a thing as "too much" memory? In other words, could it bog down the system somehow?

Not for windows XP. If you have 98 or lord forbid, ME, they don't handle memory very well.
