no way! GTA 3 is better than Vice City! I own both, and I'm sorry, but Vice City is just crappy, the missions are better, but the entire city is flat, so any cool car chases that occur will always take place around 1 or 2 location that are built for unique jumps, I really cannot stand the level design of Vice City, I was so dissapointed :(

In Multiplay many people races and deathmatch are made instead of there being no missions.
