Might I suggest using a torch or taking shots during the day, would come out more clear. Also, remember that this contest will be for most unique. My opinion is that being dead on a bridge is pretty common, so is a close up of yourself .
Maybe try to find something less seen. Just my opinion which doesn't really matter for the contest yet.

Also, we haven't started the contest yet, it was just a proposed idea, so take shots, but wait to post em untill we start.
