Mine is working fine as well, but I thought I would try a tracert just to see what would happen. Can you tell me what the three different numbers represent? (ping, I assume?) Also, would a firewall make the last part happen??

ping or response time is correct, and yes, it looks like you are hitting a firewall.
each line is a different router that is being hit on the way to gamemecca
what i find strange is that it looks like you are hitting a firewall at what appears
to be inside att&#39;s network, on on the backbone that they use.
that would make it hard to diagnose problems.
