I know DE loves it, but overall it has seen limited usage, i consider .net to be a bunch of code bloated crap, a couple of programs I have use it, a 20+ MB download for little real benefit. Like opening a socket or creating a display is hard.....

I <3 .NET. It has made development much easier, faster, and let's us add more complicated functionality. The faster we can get code turned out, the faster we can move through our clients requests. The faster we move through our client list, the faster I get my Infiniti FX.

I like the .NET framework, but I don't understand why it is a 20MB download. I'm with SAL though...if it makes my coding job easier and eliminates alot of side work on the details, then I'm all over it.

I ordered my free copy today (4/25/05).
