I only play MMOs right now, since my iNet gets worse everyday
So I am stuck at WoW and sometimes play FlyFF

From what people tell me in-game, LOTRO is better than WoW and the community is much nicer. Not to mention it doesn't look as cartoony as WoW.

Also, strenght of WoW is in the quest system, you DON'T HAVE TO GRIND ONCE to get past lvl 1 - 80! What about LOTRO?

heh i played wow, too. lvl 80 warlock. but it had to spend too much time with it so i stopped it. and often people didn't like my warlock because i won every duel.

I still play...always have, probably because I need a life lol, not really, I do a lot of other stuff too. But what I have seen after a sharp decline in Sam, there has been more activity lately, but on servers outside the US, so usually if I want to play, I get slammed and it is no fun when the only map people are interested in is red station and the only weapon they can use is a sniper. With Sam HD coming out, there will probably be something of a resurgence.
